OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19
Throughout this pandemic we have been open for emergency and essential eye care but given the recent changes in government advice we are very pleased to announce that we have now resumed all routine eye examinations (excluding diabetic eye screening) for both our private and NHS patients.
If you are due for an eye examination please call your local branch and we can book you an appointment.
To ensure that both yourself and our team are kept safe there are a number of procedures and precautions that we have put in place:
We are minimising the amount of customers in our practice at any one time so please make an appointment before visiting us.
We have doubled our appointment time to allow extra time for cleaning between appointments and to avoid contact between patients.
All members of staff will be wearing appropriate PPE at all times, we request that you wear a mask or face covering for your appointment.
All of our optometrists and staff are following the appropriate guidance to ensure all equipment, surfaces and glasses are disinfected.
Please remain 2m away from all staff and other customers at all times.
To minimise numbers in our practices and to maintain social distancing, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment unless a carer or translator is required.
We'd like to thank you for your patience and support during this difficult time. We look forward to seeing you in our practices very soon. Take care.
Kind Regards,
